კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკა
ეს პოლიტიკა აღწერს, როგორ ამუშავებს Voca მომხმარებლის ინფორმაციას. Voca არის ინგლისური ენის სასწავლო აპლიკაცია ქართული ენის მომხმარებლებისთვის.
რა ინფორმაციას ვაგროვებთ
- ანგარიშის ინფორმაცია: ელფოსტა და ავტორიზაციის პროვაიდერის იდენტიფიკატორი, როდესაც ქმნით ანგარიშს ან იყენებთ Google-ით შესვლას.
- სასწავლო პროგრესი: გავლილი გაკვეთილები, პასუხები, ქულები, XP, streak-ები და გამეორების მონაცემები.
- მიკროფონი და გამოთქმა: მიკროფონი გამოიყენება მხოლოდ მაშინ, როდესაც თქვენ იწყებთ pronunciation exercise-ს. Voca არ ინახავს და არ აგზავნის raw აუდიოჩანაწერს; შედეგი მიიღება მოწყობილობის ან ოპერაციული სისტემის speech-to-text სერვისიდან.
- შეძენები: გამოწერის სტატუსი შეიძლება დამუშავდეს Google Play-სა და RevenueCat-ის მეშვეობით. Voca არ იღებს თქვენს საბანკო ბარათის სრულ მონაცემებს.
რისთვის ვიყენებთ ინფორმაციას
ინფორმაციას ვიყენებთ ანგარიშის დასაცავად, პროგრესის სინქრონიზაციისთვის, გაკვეთილებისა და გამეორების პერსონალიზებისთვის, გამოწერის სტატუსის დასადასტურებლად და აპლიკაციის გასაუმჯობესებლად.
მესამე მხარის სერვისები
საჭიროებისამებრ ვიყენებთ Google Sign-In-ს, Google Play-ს, RevenueCat-ს, აპლიკაციის ჰოსტინგს/მონაცემთა ბაზას და მოწყობილობის speech recognition-ს. ეს სერვისები ინფორმაციას ამუშავებენ საკუთარი კონფიდენციალურობის პოლიტიკების შესაბამისად.
შენახვა, დაცვა და წაშლა
მონაცემები ინახება მანამ, სანამ ანგარიში აქტიურია ან სანამ საჭიროა ზემოთ აღწერილი მიზნებისთვის. ანგარიშის ან მონაცემების წაშლის მოთხოვნისთვის მოგვწერეთ hello@voca.ge-ზე. ვიღებთ გონივრულ ტექნიკურ ზომებს მონაცემების დასაცავად, თუმცა ინტერნეტით გადაცემის აბსოლუტურ უსაფრთხოებას ვერ დავპირდებით.
ბავშვები
Voca არ არის შექმნილი 13 წლამდე ბავშვებისთვის. თუ გავიგებთ, რომ 13 წლამდე ბავშვის მონაცემები მშობლის თანხმობის გარეშე მივიღეთ, მივიღებთ ზომებს მის წასაშლელად.

Privacy policy
This policy explains how Voca handles information when you use our English-learning application for Georgian speakers.
Information we collect
- Account information: your email address and an authentication-provider identifier when you create an account or sign in with Google.
- Learning data: completed lessons, answers, scores, XP, streaks, and spaced-repetition data used to sync your progress.
- Microphone and pronunciation: the microphone is used only when you start a pronunciation exercise. Voca does not store or upload raw audio recordings; speech-to-text results may be processed by your device or operating-system provider.
- Purchases: subscription status may be processed through Google Play and RevenueCat. Voca does not receive your complete payment-card details.
How we use information
We use information to secure accounts, sync progress, personalize lessons and reviews, verify subscription access, and improve Voca.
Third-party services
Depending on the features you use, Voca relies on Google Sign-In, Google Play, RevenueCat, application hosting/database providers, and device speech recognition. These providers process information under their own privacy policies.
Retention, security, and deletion
We retain information while your account is active or as needed for the purposes described above. To request deletion of your account or personal data, email hello@voca.ge. We use reasonable technical safeguards, but no internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
Voca is not directed to children under 13. If we learn that we have received information from a child under 13 without appropriate parental consent, we will take steps to delete it.
